I always get an unsalted patty for each of the boys whenever i go to In-N-Out, but bc of this article, i just found out about The Flying Dutchman. You don’t know how significantly you’ve changed the boys’ lives, Buzzfeed. I’m sure they’d salute you if their paws could reach their forehead.
It seems that the boys are going to have to fly with me from Los Angeles to New York (then back again) sometime in May. I just wanted to know if any of you had to fly with your dogs and what your experience was like. They’re too large to be checked-in with me as a carry-on, so they’re going to have to go in the cargo area. I’ve read so many horror stories of dogs getting lost, badly injured, or even dying from overheat, so i’m very nervous about this situation. Can you please share your story with me- bad or good (hopefully good), what airline you used, how your dog(s) seems after the flight (traumatized, ok?), if you medicated them before the flight, etc. The thought of them having to fly in the dark, lonely cargo area with no one around is causing me so much stress, i would love your feedback!?
